Password Email Not Received & Maximum Attempt Instructions
If you received a maximum password attempts alert during the MA signup process, you should read this article before trying to create another account.
Why You Didn’t Receive the Password Email
When you enter your email address to create a free MAP account, the system sends a one-time password to verify your identity. If you didn’t receive that email, here are the most common reasons:
It was filtered to your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Trash folder.
Your email service provider completely blocked it.
You closed the sign-up page prematurely.
You attempted the process too many times in a row, triggering a safety lock.
How to Restart the Signup Process (The Right Way)
Before starting over, follow these steps to ensure everything works smoothly and your referring affiliate still gets proper credit.
Step 1: Use a NEW Email Address
Since your original email failed to receive the password email, we recommend using a different email address (Gmail or Yahoo work best).
Step 2: Start Fresh in a New Browser or Private Window
Open a different browser (like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari), or
Use an incognito/private window to ensure a clean session.
Step 3: Click Your Affiliate's Link Again
IMPORTANT: Before submitting your email again, click the original affiliate's link.
Skipping this step may cause your account to be credited to someone else.
TIP: Always check for the referrer's name underneath the signup form. If the name is missing or incorrect, restart the process from their OneLink.
Step 4: Watch for the Password Email
Submit your new email address on the squeeze page.
Keep the sign-up page open and check your inbox.
You have 20 minutes to retrieve and enter the password.
Be sure to check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders.
Step 5: Still Having Trouble?
If you followed the above steps but still haven’t received the password email, feel free to submit a ticket if you have any questions or need assistance.
If you have never submitted a ticket to our help desk before, please READ THIS ARTICLE to learn how to use our help desk properly.
