Registering at the Help Desk

You can register for our help desk in two ways:

Steps to Register:

  1. Click the Login Tab: At the top-right corner of the screen, click on the "Login" tab.
  2. Select "Register": Below the login form, click the "Register" link.
  3. Enter Your Details: Fill in the form with:
    • Your username (email address).
    • Your name.
      Note: Double-check your email address to ensure accuracy before proceeding.
  4. Check Your Email: Look for an email from us with instructions to create your password.

If You Encounter Login Issues

If you’re having trouble logging into the help desk, here are some quick fixes:

  1. Reset Your Password:
    • Visit the Login Page.
    • Click on the "Reset Password" link.
    • Follow the steps to create a new password.
  2. Use a Different Email Address:
    If issues persist, try using an alternative email address. Some corporate email domains may face compatibility issues, so using a provider like Gmail often resolves these problems.

IMPORTANT:
Our help desk system, powered by Live Agent, does not allow support team members to reset users' passwords. Password management must be completed directly by the user.
